But other than that you are 100% correct. Words precede action. Words define action. Words create the tacit contract required to do what needs to be done. Interesting to note the date of your blog posting in context with Obama's "Just Words" speech. Perhaps he plagiarized you!! Great posting RRC, keep it up!
